Beyond the Sunset

 

 

Beyond the glorious sunset,
Are mansions and streets of gold…
Prepared by our Lord, Jesus Christ,
For the sheep within His fold.
Some sweet day, when the Father calls,
We’ll take flight and enter in…
Sinners, cleansed by the precious blood,
Ever with our dearest Friend…
Beyond the Sunset.

 

 Jesus said: “In my Father’s house are many mansions:
if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
And if I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again,
and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.”
(Jo 14:2-3)
