Look Unto Jesus

 

 

My friend, when your journey is rough,
Look unto Jesus and pray,
Every rough path shall be made smooth…
As the Lord directs your way.

When you walk through the dark valleys,
He’s the lamp unto your feet,
And every valley shall be filled…
For in Him you are complete.

When faced with high mountains to climb,
Your Shepherd will bring them low,
As you walk His narrow pathway…
His mighty hand He will show.

When things do not seem fair and right,
Look unto Jesus and wait,
All power is given unto Him…
He will make the crooked straight.

Yes, life can sometimes be so rough,
But look unto Jesus, friend,
He sticks closer than a brother…
And is with you to the end.
Look Unto Jesus.
